Congressman Tom Garrett is a freshman member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing Virginia’s Fifth Congressional District (a slice of central Virginia that includes Charlottesville and Danville). Congressman Garrett earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Richmond and honorably served our country with six years in the U.S. Army.

In 2007, Mr. Garrett was elected to the office of Commonwealth’s Attorney in Louisa County, Virginia. In 2011, he was elected to the Virginia State Senate. Congressman Tom Garrett was elected to the United States House of Representatives in 2016 and he is a member of the House Freedom Caucus.
